I don't remember when these sartorial brainstorms happened, though I'm guessing it was in the early 2000s, probably during a phone conversation with one of the Jeffs. It looks dashed off and was probably faxed to whoever it was I was speaking to at the time. Whatever their origin, I obviously found it amusing enough that I created a second wave of designs based on memorable in-jokes back in our Daily days:
